The R&D, manufacturing, and production of the JUIN TECH Hybrid dual-piston double-sided action hydraulic disc brake take place in Taiwan. The caliper is made from CNC forged aluminum and features a precision oil channel manufacturing process. The one-piece piston is made of 7 series aluminum with wear-resistant lubricating coating.

The closed system oil channel is simple and easy to clean and maintain, and the caliper has a sandblasted matte, anodized anti-oxidation finish. It has a flat mount system and uses high-stability, non-corrosive mineral oil. A side-adjustable knob is designed for adjusting the clearance between pistons, making it more convenient to operate. The caliper is compatible with drop bars of road bikes and C caliper (SHORT PULL) brake levers, and weighs 177g per piece.

Manufactured using top-grade CNC aluminum alloy machining, the caliper also has a sandblasted and polished anodized finish, and uses non-corrosive, high stability mineral oil. This mineral oil is hydrophobic and does not absorb moisture from the environment, ensuring consistent and linear braking force. There are no wet or dry boiling temperatures to worry about, as the boiling point stays constant.
