How to Use the Disc Brake Pad Adjustment Alignment Tool

1. Locate the clamp.
2. Remove the clamp from the mounting base.
3. Place and clamp the adjusting plate on the disc, turning it to the position where the clamp is installed.
4. Reinstall the caliper, but do not tighten the caliper screw. Squeeze the brake lever several times.
5. Tighten the brake lever without releasing it. Use an Allen tool to lock the caliper screw, then release the brake lever.
6. Slowly rotate the disc to expose the adjusting tab.
7. Inspect the rotation of the disc. In most cases, one rotation is sufficient. If necessary, repeat the process. If the issue persists despite multiple attempts, it may indicate a broken disc or caliper piston.
